PLEASE NOTE: The Gift Certificate should be purchased under the name of the person purchasing the gift certificate, not the recipient of the gift. Directions for redeeming the gift certificate are listed in the notes section and must be done by the recipient. Purchasing the gift certificate under the recipient's name does not add the amount to their account.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for items in the Welcome Center & Curiosity Shop.

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE:

During checkout, you will be given three options on how to receive
your purchased gift certificate.
• OPTION 1: We will email the gift certificate to the purchaser (you) and include a PDF version for your convenience.
• OPTION 2: We will email the gift certificate directly to the recipient. You will need to provide us with the person's name and email address in the space provided on the form.
• OPTION 3: Pick up a paper gift certificate in person at 577. Pick-up times may vary. Give us a call to make arrangements or stop into the Welcome Center during open hours.

HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE:

• All gift certificates must be redeemed by the recipient. This can be done in person (please call ahead), over the phone, or by email.
• Each gift certificate will include directions on how to redeem the certificate for a class and how to place the gift certificate on their account.
• Gift certificates can be redeemed for classes and/or programs only.
• Gift certificates do not expire. See Terms & Conditions for more details.

Terms & Conditions
• Gift certificates do not expire.
• Purchase of gift certificate is non-refundable.
• There is no cash value to the gift certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift Certificates and Household Balances cannot be used to purchase a gift certificate.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for items in the Welcome Center & Curiosity Shop.
• Gift Certificates may be redeemed by anyone in the household. The Gift Certificate may not be transferred to a different household.
• The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the gift certificate to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
• The 577 Foundation is not responsible if any gift certificate is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if the gift certificate or household balance is used without permission.

Holiday Deadlines:
~ Pick-Up Deadline: The last date for 577 processing and purchaser picking up the gift certificate by appointment is December 23, 2025. 
~ Email Deadline: The last date for 577 processing and emailing a gift certificate to guarantee delivery by Christmas is December 23, 2025 at 4pm.
